The Heusinkveld MX-5 World Tour Season 14 will start September 2, 2017.
The MX-5 World Tour is sanctioned by the Quality Racing Sim-dicate and sponsored by Heusinkveld . During the thirteen previous seasons the series has grown into one of the most prestigious private leagues devoted to the beloved MX-5.
While attracting the top MX-5 specialist on the iRacing service, large car counts guarantees good competition throughout the field for drivers of all skill levels. All 12 races will be broadcasted live by the Global Simracing Channel(GSRC).
New to the season is a PRO and AM class, more will be clarified in this thread and in the rules.
Signing up is no longer possible for season 14, with 56 drivers we’re full. Late entry to the league is only available for non-rookies, but be aware, a late entry can be sidelined on low pitstall tracks. Participation is $6 for the season. Joining after race 6 the fee will be $4.
No show compensation is active, you will receive 75%, 50% and 25% points for your 1st, 2nd and 3rd missed event, taken from your average score. (but only if you have raced the same number of races)
For drivers competing in the first 11 races, a drop race will be offered that will replace a bad result with a 90% score of your average finish.
